SER Color Guard posts the Colors at Tampa Devil Rays game

The Southeast Region Color Guard traveled to Tampa on June 27th to post the Colors at the opening of the Tampa Devil rays vs Florida Marlins baseball game This posting was a little different then before as there was an Eagle from Sea World as part of the opening ceremony. Megan from Sea World preceded the team onto the field with an eagle perched on hr right arm.
When the anthem started  playing, she released the eagle which flew around the stadium and landed on the Rays Logo, which was at the rear of the stadium. It was a spectacular sight to behold.
The Southeast Region Color Guard will be traveling to Oregon on July 6, to compete in the National Color Guard Championship Competition
The team consists of C/CMSgt Samuel Dauss, C/SMSgt Mary Dauss, C/SSgt Richard Burke, C/SrA Joseph Miller.  The alternate is C/MSgt Caleb Adair. The team escorts are Lt Col Margarita Mesones and Major Frank Swain
