Dale E. Palin, 70
OCALA - Dale E. Palin, 70, a retired firefighter, paramedic and fire inspector for the Los Angeles Fire Department, died Friday, April 1, 2005, at Ocala Regional Medical Center.
A native of Elgin, Ill., he moved here from Moorestown, N.J., in 2002. He was a longtime member of the Civil Air Patrol. He held a class 2 pilot's license and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
Survivors include his daughters, Shawn L. Palin, Clinton, Wash., Debra A. Zdeb, Chicago; and two grandchildren.
